In order to utilize the Service, potential buyers of equipment must first provide the respective email address to us, which we will forward to various dealers of equipment and archive in our system. A potential buyer utilizing the Service may choose to use other features such as “item alerts” and “saved preferences” like “favorites” in which event we will ask the respective user to submit a login which could be one of the following: (i) email/password combination; (ii) Google login; or (iii) Facebook login. We will store the login information provided if an email/password combination is chosen. In the event a Google login is selected, we will store the respective user’s Google email only, with the remaining information stored by Google. In the event a Facebook login is selected, we will store the respective user’s Facebook email only, with the remaining information stored by Facebook. We will store a respective buyer’s “item alerts” and “favorites” through a respective user’s uses with the Service to provide the respective user advanced search and alert notification.

Dealers

For dealers utilizing the Service, a respective dealer is required to provide us with their name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is stored and utilized by us to provide images and machine specifications in text format to market a respective dealer’s equipment.

Payment Information

Payment information is stored on systems through our bank’s payment gateway. We do not store credit card information or any other financial information on our servers. We are not responsible for our bank’s payment gateway.
